Working Principle: Two rollers rotate reversely with different speed,so the colloidal particles are drawn into the gap of the two rollers by the Friction. Main Uses: This machine is mainly used in Rubber & Plastic Product factory for Natural RubberMixing(plasticating),Raw Rubber and Compound mixing,rubber warm-up mixing and pressing sheet. Structure: This machine consists of Base,Rack,Gland,Rollers,Bearing,Transmission device,Lubrication device,Decelerator,Adjustment device of the roller temperature,Emergency shutdown device and brake rigging and etc. Features: 1. The rolls are made of chilled cast iron with vanadium and titanium alloys. The roll surface is hard and wearable. The internal cavity is processed to make temperature well-proportioned on the roll surface. 2. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent the major components from being damaged due to overloading. 3. The machine is also equipped with an emergency device. When an emergent accident happens, just draw the pull rod, and the machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable 4.
